POLICIES

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 

Customers must book tours at least [48 hours/72 hours] in advance to secure their spot.

BOOKING METHODS: 

Tours can be booked via phone, website, or email.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: 

Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash (if paying in person).

FULL PAYMENT: 

Full payment is due [24-48 hours] before the tour date or at the time of booking.

COMPANY CANCELLATIONS: 

In the event the tour is canceled by the company (due to weather, safety concerns, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or can reschedule to another date.

More than 48 hours in advance: for a Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

REFUND METHOD: 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and it may take [5-10 business days] to appear on the customer's account.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: 

GoNature Conservation holds the rights to decide if the tours may be canceled due to weather conditions being unsafe (e.g., severe storms, lightning). In such cases, customers will be notified as early as possible and will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

AGE/HEALTH RESTRICTIONS: 

Certain tours may have age or physical health restrictions. Customers must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements when booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

GROUP TOURS: 

For the safety and comfort of all guests, groups will be kept at maximum of 8 participants per tour. This allows for better monitoring of each individual’s needs and ensures that every guest has a positive experience while maintaining safe distances from both the wildlife and other guests. For a tour to make the minimum is 4 participants.

DIETARY OR ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS: 

Customers should notify the company in advance about any dietary restrictions or special accessibility requirements.

LIABILITY: 

The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the tour.

Right to Refuse Service: The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe to others.

AGE OF CONSENT POLICY: 

In order to use our website and book tours, we require compliance with the following age of majority in the state of Florida (18). Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult at all times during the tour. The accompanying adult must be responsible for the minor’s actions and safety throughout the tour. Everyone will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to participation in any tour or activity.

PRIVACY POLICY: 

At GoNature Conservation, we value the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information when you book a tour with us. 

We will not release your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted partners who help us manage our business and provide services to you, These third parties are contractually required to protect your information.

CARD INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY: 

We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously. We ensure your card details and other sensitive information are handled with the highest level of security and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We collect payment details only for the purpose of processing payments related to your tour booking. This information is used solely for transaction purposes and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY: 

At GoNature, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. If you happen to lose an item during your tour or while using our transportation services, we are here to assist in locating it. Guests are encouraged to keep track of their personal belongings throughout the tour. We recommend taking special care with items that may be easily misplaced, such as hats, cameras, phones, and sunglasses. If you discover an item missing after the tour has ended, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide a detailed description of the item, the location where you think it was lost, and any other relevant information. If an item is found, we will notify you via the contact details provided at the time of booking. You can arrange to pick it up from our office or have it mailed back to you, at your expense. Items found during the tour or transportation will be kept in our Lost and Found for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or discarded.

CANCELING TOURS: 

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. However, we reserve the right to cancel or modify tours when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, hurricanes, or other environmental factors that may pose a safety risk. We may cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunctions, road closures, or other factors that may impact the quality or safety of the tour. In the event that a tour does not meet the minimum required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. If your tour is canceled for any of the reasons listed above, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact details provided at the time of booking. We will offer you the choice of rescheduling for another date or a full refund of your booking fee.

DISCLOSURE FOR RELEASE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:  

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality. However, in the event of any violation of our Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or any other policies, we may be required to release personal information to the appropriate authorities or parties.

POLICY MODIFICATION: 

We strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. We understand that business practices, legal requirements, and customer needs may evolve over time. As such, we reserve the right to modify, update, or change any of our policies at any time, without prior notice.

To reserve a tour with Gonature, you must provide accurate and complete details.

All reservations are subject to availability.

 

PAYMENT:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment such as Zelle, Paypal, and Cash App.

 

CONFIRMATION:

Once a reservation is made, you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify that all details are correct. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us immediately.

TOUR TIMES: 

Tour times are subject to change based on availability and weather conditions. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure at the meet up location.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: 

Tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met, we may cancel the tour and provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: 

You are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. You should be in adequate physical condition to participate in the tour. If you have any health conditions that may affect your participation, please notify us before booking. Waivers must be signed before commencing the tour.

 

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS:

Customers must follow all instructions given by the tour guide or staff during the tour for their safety and the safety of others.

LIABILITY AND WAIVER

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: 

By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that Gonature is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or loss during the tour, unless caused by our negligence. You release Gonature from any liability associated with the tour.

 

INDEMNIFICATION: 

You agree to indemnify and hold GoNature harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the tour.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of 18.
