FAQ
Yes, we offer both group and private tours. Private tours provide a more personalized experience, where you can choose the tour’s pace and focus on areas of the Everglades that interest you most. For group tours, we keep the group sizes manageable to ensure an intimate experience.
Group size varies by tour, and these limits are set to ensure a better experience and maintain safety for all participants. The maximum group size for each tour will be listed on its respective page.

We provide bottled water and snacks for all guests. For longer tours, we stop at a restaurant for lunch.
The Everglades can be visited year-round, but the best time for tours is typically during the dry season from November to April. The weather is more comfortable during this time, and wildlife is more active. The wet season (May to October) can bring heavier rain and humidity, but the Everglades are still beautiful and full of life.
However, being focused on night tours the summer is a great time to see the milky way galaxy. The wildlife and night sky is spectacular at night. During the winter time (November and December) when the nights are under 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 Celsius), the wildlife is usually slower. Other activities and fauna are always around!
Weather can sometimes affect our tours. We operate rain or shine, but if severe weather conditions are forecasted, we may cancel or reschedule your tour for safety. If we need to cancel due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We will provide ponchos for rainy occasions.
